Hey and thanks for providing the BIOS image! Just wanted to add that the image you provided has a checksum error, which you can verify using CBROM (Award BIOS editing tool). NSSI is not necessarily the best method to dump BIOSes. Is it possible that you use something like awdflash and dump again?

Thanks for your input, I suspected the EVER to be a bit better. What do you think about the caps? Should I replace them if possible or just check all the voltages and if they're ok, is it safe to use?

Tested a Dell UltraSharp 2007FPb (don't know which panel IPS or VA) from 2009 today. It's a nice monitor with a good image, S-Video in which is an uncommon connector.
